Since the beginning of DrivePlay, I have always strived to create an amazing experience for playing music while you drive. We created DrivePlay to be extremely easy and safe to control Now Playing music from the Apple Music app. Over the past few months, we added features like Recently Played to allow users to play music straight from DrivePlay. While these features were great, they didn't give users the control I wanted. That changes today.
Introducing the biggest update DrivePlay has seen since its conception. In DrivePlay 1.3, Apple Music is integrated deeply into the experience. You can now browse your library or discover new music from the entire Apple Music catalog.
DrivePlay 1.3 introduces songs, albums, playlists, artists, search, quick actions, the queue, and even more! This is a massive step in creating the perfect music player for the car. I hope you all thoroughly enjoy it and I cannot wait for the future of DrivePlay!
